After the Turkey

Now that Thanksgiving is over and the leftovers are long gone, it’s time to re-focus your attention back to your fitness goals. If you were able to stick to your workout and diet regimen over the holiday – good job! If you faltered a little, don’t spend too much time worrying about it, just make a plan to get back to your routine this next week.

As the holiday hustle and bustle increases, it is important to carve out some time for yourself and your health. Make a pact to work out at least three times this week and schedule the time into your calendar. Increase your motivation by setting a mini-goal for the week to push a higher intensity level of cardio, or go up in repetitions/weight. It will be easy to get side tracked this next month, so do what you can to stay focused.
