Chase Your Cares Away

Boss issues, work stress, and bad break-ups can lead you to say FML, but instead of moping around, why not get out and do something good for your body, and your mood? And what better place to get over your troubles than along the Marina where you will get to see picturesque views and a nice helping of eye candy to boot? Next time you’re feeling funky just head down to Fort Mason and take the 2 mile trail down to the Warming Hut. A little over four miles total with a mix of concrete and sandy trails, this is one route that will get your mind-set back to positive.

For those that need a more intense workout, check out the stretching and activity stations along the way which include ab benches and pull up bars.
