Lunchtime Quickie

Need a quick energy boost in the middle of your day? Nothing like a run along the Bay to provide the inspiration you need to get through the rest of your work day. From the Ferry Building to AT&T Park and back is just short of three miles, but  the paved path is  flat so you can focus your attention on the larger than life Cupid’s Span, Bay Bridge, and surrounding cityscapes. Avoid this run on Tuesday and Thursday if  you want to skip the Farmer’s Market crowds.

Want to add a little more to your workout?  Just use any of the large bench-like structures along the way to do some tricep dips, high jumps, or step-ups.
